Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal information EasyTradesPro collects about the people who sign up for it, use it or visit this website, and what we do with it. The records a business keeps inside its portal (its own customers' details) are covered by our data processing agreement instead: for those, the business decides what is kept and we only look after them.
Who we are
BUSINESS LEGAL NAME, of REGISTERED ADDRESS, is responsible for this information (the "controller"). We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, number ICO REGISTRATION NUMBER. Contact us about anything here at hello@easytradespro.co.uk.

| What you write to us | To answer you and help you | Our legitimate interest in supporting our customers |
| Messages about EasyTradesPro (new features, planned work, price changes) | So you know what is changing in a service you use | Contract, for anything affecting your account; we do not send marketing from other businesses |
This website has no advertising, no tracking and no analytics cookies. The demo and the portals use one cookie, needed to keep you signed in, and a second only if you tick "Remember my email" when signing in.
Who else handles it
- Krystal Hosting Ltd (UK): the server in London that EasyTradesPro runs on, and our email.
- Stripe: card payments and subscriptions. Stripe also acts as a controller for payment information; see Stripe's own privacy policy.
- Backblaze: our nightly backups, kept in its EU (Amsterdam) data centre. They are encrypted before they leave our server, with a key Backblaze does not have.
- Cloudflare: directs this website's address to our server. Your information does not pass through it.
We do not sell personal information or share it with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Your account details: for as long as you have an account, and 90 days after, then deleted (backups within a further 35 days).
- Billing records: six years, as tax law requires.
- Security records: up to 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to limit how we use it, to object to how we use it, or to have it in a form you can take elsewhere. Write to hello@easytradespro.co.uk; we will answer within a month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113, though we would like the chance to put it right first.
Keeping it safe
Every business's records are kept in a separate database; signing in needs a password and a registered device; everything travels encrypted; backups are encrypted with a key kept away from the server; and the server receives security updates every night. If something went wrong that put your information at risk, we would tell you and, where the law requires, the Information Commissioner's Office, within 72 hours of finding out.
Changes
If we change this notice in a way that matters, we will tell you in your portal or by email.
